We’re excited to welcome guests back to campus this fall with some stellar enhancements to the Marketplace. 

Coming this Fall:

• Simple Servings - Introducing Simple Servings Bowls! Our Simple Servings station is free of the top 8 most common food allergens; those with food allergies are encouraged to dine here worry-free. Those who suffer from food allergies shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor to accommodate their diets, which is why we’re adding a bowl concept to this station. Guests may enjoy a range of tasty cuisines in a bowl-style dish, rotating every lunch and dinner. 

• Deli Station - Custom sandwiches and wraps just got even better. In addition to our sandwich press, we’re adding a Turbo Chef (sandwich oven) to prepare open-faced sandwiches + wraps fresh for our guests. 

• Gourmet Pizza - Out with the old, in with the new. Our chefs have been hard at work perfecting our pizza recipe. Coming this Fall, stay tuned for gourmet pizza dough freshly prepared & baked in our brick fire oven. 

• Chip + Dip Bar - Chip, Chip, HOORAY! We’re adding a chip + dip bar as an extension to our salad bar. Stay tuned for a rotating selection of fresh dips & housemade chips. 

• Grill Station - We’re introducing a weekly burger special to the Grill featuring exciting new flavors and of course- our fresh, never frozen, house made burger patties. We’re flippin’ out over this one!
