Hot trends like bahn mi sandwiches and timeless classics such as egg rolls now feature prominently in the college’s table-service restaurant, which has been an integral part of the Rollins experience since the 1970s. Patrons can also enjoy custom-made dishes with Build Your Own Stir Fry bowls which cater to vegans and meat-lovers alike. As always, each plate is made to order and adheres to the highest standards of kosher and halal specifications. 

Students like Cristina Vasquez are already loving the menu. “The new Dave’s Boathouse menu is incredible. The wonton chips and curly fries are my favorite.”
