For the second consecutive year, The National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) announces Rollins College as a recipient of the NACUFS 2022 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards. Rollins received a Gold award in the category of Online Catering Menu for small institutions. In 2020, Rollins placed Silver in the category of Residential Dining Facility. 

“It is with great pride that we accept this honor,” says Dining Services marketing coordinator Carolina Ossa. “We strive to offer innovative menu items and outstanding implementation of programs focused on individual dietary needs, sustainability, and the latest culinary trends. After achieving that with our campus offerings last year, we are pleased to shine in the catering category.”

Named after NACUFS founder, past president, and highly regarded innovator, the dining awards celebrate exemplary menus, presentations, special event planning, and new dining concepts. NACUFS provides an avenue for sharing ideas and creative presentations nationally with campus dining providers.
